NICE16 - Slowing time, aging, and digital legacy with Ronni Bennett.
This is a previously recorded interview I did with Ronni Bennett from December 2014. Sadly, Ronni passed away on October 30, 2020.
Ronni Bennett ran Time Goes By, a blog The Washington Post called “the quintessential seniors’ blog”. She was a radio and television broadcasting veteran who produced shows like 20/20 and The Barbara Walters Specials on ABC. Ronni also produced programs for Lifetime, NBC, PBS, and CBS. She was the first managing editor of CBSNews.com.
After producing shows for Barbara Walters, John Tesh, Whoopi Goldberg, and Matt Lauer, Ronni Bennett began investigating, reporting, and researching all things related to aging. In 2003, she began writing the blog, “When Time Goes By: What It’s Really Like To Get Older.”
